This theory is by Lauran Mulvey who states that in films women are typically the object,
rather than the possessors. The gaze is expressed by the use of camera, it says
that men are watchers and women are watched despite the fact that women are now
being considered as main protagonists , they are still being watched upon more
likely in a negative light.

In our trailer we have included this theory when Casey is in
bed having her dreams, as her clothing are quite revealing, this provokes and
supports Male Gaze. Also when Casey is fixing herself up in the bathroom.
